450g Mrs. Garcia’s Beef Ribeye (cubed)
1 tbsp Oyster Sauce
1 tbsp Soy Sauce
1 pc White Onion (cut into chunks)
1 pc Bell Pepper (cut into chunks)
1/2 stalk Green Onion (cut into pieces)
1 tsp Garlic minced
2 tbsp Garlic oil
½ tsp Sugar
1 tsp Corn Starch or Tapioca Starch
1 tbsp Vegetable oil
1 tsp Salt

Ingredients
1. In a bowl, combine all ingredients and beef, excluding cornstarch. Allow the mixture to marinate for at least 1 hour. While marinating, proceed to wash and prepare all vegetables.
2. Before cooking, transfer the beef to another plate to remove excess liquid. Put at room temperature for about an hour.
3. Coat each piece of beef with cornstarch. Heat the pan over medium-high or high heat, then brown the meat on all sides. Once cooked, place it on a pan along with vegetables. Stir-fry mixture for about 2 minutes over medium-high heat.
4. Plate the dish and sprinkle a bit of salt.
