450g ​Mrs. Garcia’s Beef Ribeye (cubed)

1 tbsp ​Oyster Sauce

1 tbsp ​Soy Sauce

1 pc ​ White Onion (cut into chunks)

1 pc ​Bell Pepper (cut into chunks)

1/2 stalk ​​Green Onion (cut into pieces)

1 tsp ​Garlic minced

2 tbsp ​Garlic oil

½ tsp ​Sugar

1 tsp ​Corn Starch or Tapioca Starch

1 tbsp ​Vegetable oil

1 tsp Salt

1.  In a bowl, combine all ingredients and beef, excluding cornstarch. Allow the mixture to marinate for at least 1 hour. While marinating, proceed to wash and prepare all vegetables. 

​2.  Before cooking, transfer the beef to another plate to remove excess liquid. Put at room temperature for about an hour.

​3.  Coat each piece of beef with cornstarch. Heat the pan over medium-high or high heat, then brown the meat on all sides. Once cooked, place it on a pan along with vegetables. Stir-fry mixture for about 2 minutes over medium-high heat.

​4. Plate the dish and sprinkle a bit of salt.
