How do I order?

You may order through this website by clicking here. You may pay by credit card using PayPal or PayMongo or by bank deposit or funds transfer to our bank accounts with BDO or BPI. We also accept GCash and Cash on Delivery (COD). Specific instructions will be emailed to you at checkout. 

Is it safe and secure to shop online?

Absolutely! We have a secured system to keep your data and will never share your information to third parties. See our Privacy Policy here.

Do you have retail stores?

Mrs. Garcia's does not not have any retail outlets of its own. We do, however, operate and supply to 630 supermarket and 78 convenience store outlets nationwide. For a list of these retail outlets, click here.

How much is shipping?

Shipping Fees

Metro Manila: FREE for a minimum purchase of ₱2,500.00
Province of Rizal, Bulacan, Cavite, and Laguna: A discounted delivery fee of ₱150 for a minimum purchase of ₱2,500.00

What is your delivery scope?

We are able to service Metro Manila and a few areas in Bulacan, Cavite, Laguna, and Rizal. To find out if we service your area, please click here.

How do you ship your products?

Mrs. Garcia's delivers its products using a combination of its own delivery fleet and third-party logistics providers. See our Shipping Policy here.

When will my orders arrive?

We endeavor to do next-day delivery for orders with confirmed payments placed on or before 10:00 pm (GMT+8). We reserve the right to confirm the availability of the recipient prior to dispatching orders. In cases where next-day delivery will not be possible due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g. lockdown restrictions and inclement weather), we will ship out the items on the subsequent days, subject to availability delivery assets.

What happens if I am not available to receive my package upon delivery?

Please assign a representative (e.g. relative, friend, househelp, or guard) to receive your package. If no one else is available to receive the goods on your behalf, items will be sent back to our warehouse. Next delivery will be charged to your account.

Can I send an order to another person as a gift?

Yes. Simply indicate the shipping address and mobile number of the recipient.

How do I know that my order went through?

After you have completed the check out process, you will receive a confirmation via email if you chose to be notified via email and provided an email address. If you chose to be notified via SMS and provided your mobile number, you will receive a message confirming your order.

Do you wholesale? Do you accept bulk orders?

Yes. If there are not enough stocks for your order on our site, you may send us an email and we will process your order separately depending on the availability. If you are looking at wholesale, click here.

What do I do if I have an issue with the item I received?

For issues such as incorrect or damaged items upon delivery, please advise us by sending an email as soon as possible. See our Refund Policy here.

How can I avail the Freebies?

Here are the steps to avail the FREE ITEMS once you have reached the minimum requirements.
STEP 1:
After completing your shopping and meeting the minimum requirement, include the item/freebie (at full price) in your cart.
STEP 2:
Upon clicking the "Check Out" button, the discount will be automatically applied to the free item.
