How do I order?

Step 1: Tap the "Shop Now" button.
Step 2: Pick your preferred products and add them to your cart.

Is it safe and secure to shop online?

Do you have retail stores?

Mrs. Garcia's does not have any retail outlets of its own. However, we supply products to supermarkets and convenience stores nationwide. 

What is your delivery scope?

We are able to service Metro Manila and a few areas in Bulacan, Cavite, Laguna, and Rizal. 

How much is shipping?

Shipping Fees
Metro Manila:
FREE for a minimum purchase of ₱2,500.00
₱49.00 delivery fee for orders less than ₱2,500.00
Provinces of Rizal, Bulacan, Cavite, and Laguna: 
FREE for a minimum purchase of ₱5,000.00
₱99.00 delivery fee for a minimum purchase of ₱2,500.00
₱149.00 delivery fee for orders less than ₱2,500.00

When will my orders arrive?

We offer same-day delivery for orders placed before 3pm. Orders placed after 3pm will be delivered the following day. Regarding your request, you may schedule your delivery. However, please note that we can accommodate scheduling for a maximum of 7 days only after you place your order.


What happens if I am not available to receive my package upon delivery?

Please designate a representative (such as a relative, friend, household, or guard) to receive your package. If no one is available to accept the delivery on your behalf, the items will be returned to our warehouse. A re-delivery fee will apply for the next attempt.


Can I send an order to another person as a gift?

Yes. Simply indicate the shipping address and mobile number of the recipient.


How do I know that my order went through?

Once you have completed the checkout process, you will receive an order confirmation via email if you selected email notifications and provided an email address.


Do you wholesale? Do you accept bulk orders?

Yes, if there is insufficient stock for your order on our site, you may contact Ms Juvy at 09765340309, and we will process your order separately based on availability. 


What do I do if I have an issue with the item I received?

For issues such as incorrect or damaged items upon delivery, please contact us via email as soon as possible.
